Writing to you "with all my heart," from Tanzania.
African lefse?
What are the ingredients? Did you put oil on the chipati? How many do you make at one time?
I was thinking lefse as well.
I was going to write something about this being like lefse or a tortilla, but thought I'd leave it to the pictures to tell the story.I'm going to make it for you when I get there. Yes, there is oil in it, try not to think about that!Ed ... you commented, be still my heart!
Another benefit of being there longer than 2 weeks. I always tried to have them teach me how to cook, but I was always asked to do something else :)
Wow, what a process -- it looks awesome!
I kept thinking "yummmmmmm..." as I looked at those pictures. Can't wait to taste it.
